May 14, 2018 at 15:35 comment added Ulrike Fischer No, I don't use texmaker. I only know that the documentation says that you can add tools (xm1math.net/texmaker/doc.html#SECTION33).
May 14, 2018 at 15:26 comment added MrYouMath @UlrikeFischer Can you link a resource that is explaining this procedure?
May 14, 2018 at 15:00 comment added Ulrike Fischer You can always add new profiles and tools.
May 14, 2018 at 14:44 comment added MrYouMath @UlrikeFischer How can I run pythontex from texmaker? Or am I forced to use the console?
May 14, 2018 at 14:43 comment added Ulrike Fischer You must run pythontex yourfile and then pdflatex again.
May 14, 2018 at 14:35 comment added MrYouMath @UlrikeFischer: I am now only using PDFLaTeX it complies but the PDF preview does contain question marks where there should be values etc. I additionally get this warning: A "listing" environment already exists(PythonTeX) PythonTeX will not create one(PythonTeX) Use \setpythontexlistingenv to create a custom listing environment
May 14, 2018 at 14:30 comment added Ulrike Fischer I don't know if it is the source of your problems but I would never use "quick builds" and unnessary tools while investigating an error. They only make things more complicated.
May 14, 2018 at 14:27 comment added MrYouMath It is my standard setting. Without pythontex it does not lead to any errors. Should I remove it?
May 14, 2018 at 14:25 comment added Ulrike Fischer Your code doesn't contain anything related to bibliographies. So why do you call bibtex?
