How to create a ticketing system

Hello,

I have a question regarding the ticketing system that is available on trac. Is there a plug-in for Twiki just for creating and updating the tickets. I searched a littled bit before and there seems to be one plug in to the trac. But I am not using trac. I am exploring options to enhance the existing Twiki. My current version of Twiki is
