    @blacKnight You can at least try to identify which files were damaged, if you're lucky they aren't super important or are otherwise replaceable. Commented Dec 5, 2021 at 9:30
  • @roaima you can't, but professionals may be able to recover even the bad sectors (alebit it costs money and you have to physically ship the harddrives) Commented Dec 5, 2021 at 22:26
