You are booting the 32-bit (x86) version, which won't work with UEFI. 

Instead, download the 64-bit (x64) version of TinyCore64-bit (x64) version of TinyCore and it will work from UEFI: http://tinycorelinux.net/14.x/x86_64/release/CorePure64-14.0.iso.
