I was unaware of that init script, but the first option was set to "local" and changing it to "UTC" immediately fixed the problem. I guess my Arch system with OpenRC is using similar init scripts to Gentoo. Perhaps that script had been overwritten during the system update. Thanks so much! Giving you the bounty. | |
