Can the MS FontsMicrosoft fonts be bought and included withinin the Linux core?

E.g.Is it possible for the Linux community will boughto buy the rights for the MS Fonts and thenMicrosoft fonts so that they willcan be included in every distribution (or whowith distributions that would like to include them)?
