Jensen posted a video ahead of his last way of filming as Soldier Boy, pointing out how many people it takes to get him dress in his Supe costume.
Showrunner Paul Grellong posted that Filming for Season One of Vought Rising has been completed. He went on to say "I’m so proud and beyond fortunate to make this show alongside the greatest crew I’ve ever worked with, a brilliant cast led by @jensenackles and @maybeayacash that will blow the world away (just you wait)...", as well as thanking Eric Kripke.
The series will explore the origins of the Supes and their transition the military to the private sector, as Kripke said "things start getting flashier because it's about showmanship. It's less about military discipline and more about consumerism, and then you start to see them evolve that way. It's really fascinating."

The Boys will return for its final season on 8 April, 2026. Jensen will recur as Soldier Boy, and both Jared and Misha will appear in yet-to-be-revealed characters. The cast of The Boys, including Jensen, attended the Season 5 World Premiere on March 19 in Rome.

Jared also posted a photo of his luggage on a snowy street along with a guitar, and noted that the guitar was a present from Netflix on completing filming. Jared co-stars with Leighton Meester in the rom-com for Netflix, based on the book The Bodyguard by Katherine Center. The movie is the story of an actor played by Jared who returns from Hollywood to the family ranch. However, he doesn't want his family to know he has a stalker, so he must pretended that his bodyguard (played by Leighton) is his girlfriend. There was an extended hiatus in filming from 2025 to 2026 as Jared recovered from a broken leg.
On 13 November 2025, Deadline announced that the show being developed by Anna Fricke for Jared had been given a development/writers room order. This next step after the initial development deal would see the writers room produce scripts for the potential series. The show is described as follows:
It centres on a headstrong, devoted country doctor (Padalecki) who practices his unique style of improvisational medicine alongside his new protégé, a young doctor running from her past, as they operate a mobile clinic and heal the bodies and souls of their underserved community in the medical desert of rural Texas.
MISHA PROJECTS

Misha is among the 2026 honorees for the ADAPT Leadership Awards, and will be given the ADAPT Community Partnership Award in recognition of his work as the Founder & CEO of Random Acts. The awards will be presented at a ceremony on April 20th in New York City. ADAPT Community Network is a not‐for‐profit providing programs and services for people with disabilities.
On 13 November 2025, Misha and partner Emily Farallon launched The AnteSocial by eM&M on Substack.
In Misha's words:
I want to create here is a place where as a community we can ruminate on the things that really matter: How can we be whole, happy humans making a contribution to the human family in a humane way? How can we create the blueprint for the world we want to build and the design for the lives we want to live? How do we respond to these fires and torrents in the outside world? How do we stay sane, and stay impactful?
The site includes a chat section and will feature interviews, recommendations of books, podcasts, movies etc, essays on topical issues and fun content that Emily and Misha are inspired to create.
Bridgewater
Misha is returning as Jeremy Bradshaw to in a new audio drama the Bridgewater podcast universe, called Havoc Town. The stellar cast also includes Felicia Day, James Callis, Jewel Staite and Ray Wise.
Ready or Not was a bloody fun horror movie starring Samara Weaving. Now the sequel is here and Kathryn Newton is playing her younger sister with the iconic Sarah Michelle Gellar playing a villain.
Samantha Highfill, executive editor at Entertainment Weekly, is writing an oral history of Supernatural that will feature new interviews and behind the scenes stories about how our show was made. The book will be published by St Martin's Press. Sam is well known to the cast and crew as she covered the show for many years. Last year she published ‘I Was Feeling Epic: An Oral History of The Vampire Diaries’.
