  • Do you have control of the router or any information that can be added? Normally the DHCP is set on a router and it is set up to respond to anyone that connects. Might this be a corporate network where security is preventing unknown devices from connecting? Commented Jan 31, 2013 at 16:12
  • I don't have access. Unknown devices? Why is it an unknown device all the sudden when it was connecting for months? I think it has to do something with Mac Address. What do you say? Commented Jan 31, 2013 at 18:08
