Why don't adding gpg while buuilding package?

I added the key to keys/pgp, so you can import it also like this:

gpg --import < keys/pgp/326567C1C6B288DF32CB061A95FA6F43E21188C4.asc  gpg: key 95FA6F43E21188C4: "Arduino Packages <support@arduino.cc>" not changed gpg: Total number processed: 1 gpg:              unchanged: 1

Aaaaand? I try sudo pacman-key --recv-keys 95FA6F43E21188C4 and no effect.

'arduino1' contained basically the same as the 'arduino' package now.
