Error when trying to install, it wants to own /usr/sbin/ ??

edid-decode: moved to v4l-utils, remove all code and update README

This utility was move into v4l-utils (git://linuxtv.org/v4l-utils.git) and so this is the last commit in the edid-decode git repo: remove all files and leave only a README that points to the new git repo.

build fails
