Public universities are governed directly by Ministry of Science. Due to high demands from these universities to have online courses, Ministry of Science decided to make a standard platform for all universities so they can be managed centrally but have their own contents and grading systems.
Because of high popularity of Moodle and strong community it has among other platforms, we suggested to use this Learning Management System (LMS) as a standard platform for higher education.

Due to high demands from these universities to have online courses, Ministry of Science decided to make a standard platform for all universities so they can be managed centrally but have their own contents and grading systems.
Because of high popularity of Moodle and strong community it has among other platforms, we suggested to use this Learning Management System (LMS) as a standard platform for higher education.
Couple of modifications should had been made to the Moodle stable release before approval to be used as standard. These modifications include full translation of all available modules, RTL support, managed update server, customization on the core, custom module integration to be interfaced with the existing working system. -

The goal of E-Card project was to enable the customers to order the postal cards electronically, choose the type of the card, choose what needs to be written inside the card and to whom the cards need to be sent. This is an implementation of a hybrid mail which involves digital and physical data processing. The data is collected in the website then the printing order is issued to the printing offices in the central provinces (30 in total). The cards are printed and automatically inserted into the envelopes and be handed to the postal delivery system with a tracking number that can be tracked both by sender and receiver. The project saved lots of processing time and gained a big ROI for the Post Company.

Postal Sorting Solution

Central depot of letters and parcels of Post Company handles about 400,000 inbound packages daily which should be sorted into 40 destinations category and be shipped in the same day. This operation used to be handled manually and there were persons who are specialized in sorting these packages rapidly with the minimum possible error. However this system lacked reliability and scalability.

However this system lacked reliability and scalability.
We proposed a system to do the sorting automatically with the aid of OCR and existing 16-bin sorting hardware. In this system, the 10 digit unique postal code is scanned via OCR, and in two steps the documents could be sorted. Step one, sorting into 3 destinations with 4-bin sorting machine. Step two, sorting into 48 possible destinations with 3x16-bin machines in parallel. This solution both increased the reliability and also addresses the scalability issue which the old mechanism had. -
Cost per Copy Analysis of Henkel

This project was about analysing the cost per copy of the Henkel representative in Iran (Pakvash Co). They have different departments and factories which are spread in Tehran Province. We did a comprehensive analysis including a fine floor planning for over 200 different copy and print devices. The final presentation demonstrated the overall cost per copy/print in the overall organization which have been handed to their management team.

We have decreased the total variable costs for copying and printing by replacing the old hardware machines with a reduced number of Ricoh machines with appropriate placement. This resulted in the reduced cost and increased productivity of the whole organization.
