I once saw an Instagram reel where Viswanathan Anand prepped an opening against (I think?) Kramnik for the world championship. I don't remember it clearly.

What is the name of this variation:

[FEN ""] 1.e4 c5 2. Nf3 Nc6 3. Bb5 e6 4. Bxc6 bxc6 5. b3

With depending on the variation either the king walks to the square on b2 or the bishop moves there and white gets the center with e5.

Question

Does anyone know the name of the opening? (properly) ... I think I've got some of the moves mixed up.

This is the Rossolimo Attack against the Sicilian, characterised by white's Bb5 on move 3. There are several ways black can respond. This video from Hanging Pawns is a good introduction.
