\$\begingroup\$ A few golfs for you - q0 can be replaced with !, and SQ produces the range [1-Q], so the range [1-Q) can be generated using StQ. As the Qs are now at the end of the program they can both be omitted. Fettled version, 9 bytes - qsf!%QTSt \$\endgroup\$
