  • \$\begingroup\$ Sure. As I understand it, 1 is a valid Racket program. It returns 1. It need not do anything, according to the challenge rules, IIRC. I might be wrong. If so, I am happy to delete this answer. \$\endgroup\$ Commented May 19, 2022 at 22:44
