  • \$\begingroup\$ Passing the test cases does not necessary make a working function. Your function only works when the number of unique characters in s is equal to the number of characters in m. For instance, s="boatee" and m="toobee" yields TRUE, when it should actually be FALSE. \$\endgroup\$ Commented Dec 17, 2018 at 21:31
