\$\begingroup\$ I like the idea, but there seems to be a culture of voting for min or max player. voting for someone else might be throwing your vote away. Maybe if you check if the max is sniperish before voting for someone else you'll catch up a bit... (i can't check, on phone) \$\endgroup\$
