Nepal flag looks much different then other, see here, also it has specific draw instruction (included in given Wiki article), I want from you guys, to make a program which draw flag of Nepal.

User inputs height of flag (100px to 10000px) and output is flag of Nepal, you can choose all ways to draw flag, you can use everything from ASCII art to OpenGL.

Here is popularity contest, so winner is highest voted answer at 1st of February, so don't worry about length of code, but remember, shorter code may get more up-votes.

But here is only one requirement, you are not allowed use web resources.
