Not any more I'm afraid. Has it moved home? Or is it just gone? It would be nice to try out the examples for real without having to type them in by hand.

I found this on github. I haven't downloaded it and compared to the book. Just a quickie search.
[edit] Looks like the right stuff but it's all individual files. Still searching for a zip.
