I think it is a very broad question mate, it all depends on your skills, time to study, and background. Knowing nothing about web technologies, having not much time to study will definitely increase your time and "effort" to prepare for the exam.
If you follow this link, you'll find a lot of resources for the exam.
If you've passed SCJP already, follow the same strategy. Get yourself a good book and start reading and studying
