The uncle of a songwriter friend of mine passed away recently. He's meeting with the lawyers about the will this afternoon.
The uncle, who always thought songwriting was a waste of time, left my friend a considerable amount of money, but only on the condition that he "get a real job". I don't think this is right. One should follow one's muse, shouldn't they?
How can I convince my friend to favor composition over inheritance?
