Is there any way to arrange the projects in 'package explorer' in eclipse.

E.g. : How can i get the "Hibernate Tutorial" project below "Spring Demo"

Yes. But it works only if you want to drag and drop projects into another projects and not for arranging them.

I prefer to use Working sets to group projects and then name the sets in such a way that I get the project where I want them.

The list is in alphabetical order, I don't think you can rearrange it.

Hope then Eclipse adds it in its future release because sometimes it gets very annoying if you cannot rearrange the projects.
