So yesterday, St. Louis had a high temp of 80 F (27 C). Tomorrow, they are predicting we get snow.

Does the weather where you live have such wild swings over two days?

Friday we had ice storms and 5 inches of snow. Many people still don't have electricity. On Saturday it was over 60 and one my neighbors was out shoveling snow shirtless.

It's been a very weird winter.

Last weekend the weather has been great here in the Netherlands - about 18 degrees Celsius (64 F), sunny, and almost no wind. The coming days it's expected to become more cloudy and slightly colder again. The weather doesn't swing so wildly here; we have an oceanic climate. The weather changes more quickly and has larger winter / summer extremes in places where there's a continental climate.

I remember being in New York in June once, where one day it was sunny 20 C (68 F) and two days later there was snow.

Yesterday was very pleasant. Around 10C (which is mild for Northern Ireland). Some comments around the office such as "Spring has sprung!", and "what's that big yellow thing in the sky? That's new!". And then on my home last night I followed a gritter down the main road. Sure enough, this morning was freezin'.

Did this on us last year too. Lured us all in with some lovely Spring like sunshine..... then boom... snow!

I'm almost tempted to fire up the ol' barbecue. Almost.

You would be much easier to understand if you took that bucket off of your head. And that goes for the tiny ad too!
