I wanted to ask this to all those genius people. Who are writing books, working for organizations and also contributing to open source. I am kind of surprised how do you manage your time.
I have seen people having family still they contribute to open source, write books, they give presentations at conferences. They reviews books. They work for company. And best of all they are fit as well so they take care of health as well. Its all amazing but what is the magic behind all this? How they manage their time?

Agreed, lots and lots of coffee.
I'm with you Pawan, I'm amazed at how much people do with thier time. I do work full time, work on personal projects, and take care of my health but I don't also author book and I don't have kids. I do have two dogs. Not quite the same as kids but they are a hand full.
For me, I try to pick the things that are the most important to me and focus on those. Then if I have time left I will get to the other stuff. It also helps to find things you enjoy. If you are doing many thing but you enjoy them all, they do not seem as much like work and don't seem like they take a lot of extra effort compared to those things you don't really enjoy. If it's not something you really enjoy it will take more effort (mental effor) for you to get through it and you will tend to be worn out from it and less motivated to keep doing it.
That being said, I need a nap.

I think that's just what those other people do, the ones that pawan asked about. I've read a large number of books which say something like "I dedicate this book to my wife Mitzi, who I haven't talked to for the last two years while I wrote this book". (Exaggerated for effect)
