See the Java® Language Specification (=JLS). They are bitwise AND (&), bitwise EXCLUSIVE OR (^) and bitwise OR (|), which are overloaded as logical AND (&), logical EXCLUSIVE OR (^) and logical OR (|).
Don't use logical AND (&) and logical OR (|); always use conditional AND (&&), and conditional OR (||).
There is no such thing as conditional INCLUSIVE OR.
