Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition 8.1 error

hi,
My environment:
- J2EE 1.4 SDK and Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition 8.1 2005Q2 All-In-One Bundle
- Windows XP

I am trying to start the server (Sun Java System Application Server Platform Edition 8.1) by launching the following DOS command :

and each time i get the following error message :


When i check the log files, I get the following stack traces :
C:\work\AppServer\domains\domain1\logs\server.log



C:\work\AppServer\domains\domain1\imq\instances\imqbroker\log\log.txt



I tried to change the file C:\work\AppServer\domains\domain1\config\domain.xml
by adding the line

but then I get an error like "Unable to create ORB" ...

So i don't know what else to do.
Does anyone know where the problem is or have any suggestion ?.
