  • thanks for the answering my questions. I deleted those records few days ago so I'm assuming by now database engine has most probably flushed the cache? So if queries are still running slow, it is probably not a cache issue? So guess I will first start with optimize and see how that works out? Trying to do this one step at a time and monitor to see if it makes any difference. Would you agree? Commented Apr 27, 2021 at 2:20
