Thanks for your suggestion and pointing me in the right direction with the user reset form. For now I'm gonna do it like this (though the rule gets triggered whenever a user logs in) because it seems to difficult for me to write such a condition/event

create code fences with backticks ` or tildes ~

like so

put returns between paragraphs
for linebreak add 2 spaces at end

indent code by 4 spaces
backtick escapes `like _so_`
quote by placing > at start of line
to make links (use https whenever possible)
