You are on their blocklist.

I went through their source code. It seems your account is manually blocked by their admin. The only way to unblock yourself is to contact them directly.

I also have a block on my crypto address and need to access the funds. I'm getting a code that says (execution revert code=-32000)

More reason why i don't use centralized wallet , they get blocked on the slightest case and they don't unblock it unless you are backed by a stronger firm capable of fighting for you like dp name firm
