Welcome to brainplotlib#

brainplotlib is a Python package that can plot data on cortical surface. It is designed to have minimal requirements. It only depends on NumPy and matplotlib.

Installation#

brainplotlib can be easily installed with pip

python -m pip install brainplotlib
