Product Description

The Vidpro LED-M52 features an array of 52 powerful LEDs which provide bright and even lighting to a range of up to 50 feet. A four-step push button dimmer control switch offers fast and easy 25, 50, 75 and 100% incremental brightness adjustment. Powered by a built-in Li-Ion rechargeable battery which is easily charged via USB port and provides up to two hours of run time. The unit emits a daylight-balanced 5600K LED output color which is optimized for photography and videos. It includes mounting hardware for GoPro action cameras as well as smart phones (connects to the 3.5mm headphone port) plus an adjustable shoe-mount for attaching to any standard camera hot shoe for DSLR and camcorder use. Two integrated ¼-20” tripod sockets allow horizontal or vertical mounting for portrait or landscape orientation. The unit is protected by an IP65 rated water (splash) resistant housing with a rubber flap to cover the port.

      These are great little LED lights--very reasonable price, mountable on light tripods, button for three levels of light intensity, very portable and light, last along time, easily charged --either to your computer USB port or into a 110 plug with USB port (plug not included).
      I just used these for night light painting in Joshua Tree. I taped jells on them to change the color.(most LED lights have a greenish tint by them selves)--Some times I just laying them on the ground or boulder, other times mounting on tripod. I lit large boulders continually for a three hour shoots and still they had charging power left.
      Have not used all the extra hard wear with my GoPro yet but can see that would be useful if this was the kind of light you wanted.

      I bought one light & when I got it it was perfect for what I needed , it has four setting or four levels of light from dim to ultra bright , the bracket that comes with it was the perfect set up for my GoPro , you can sit it on the side towards the back of the camera so not to blast the camera lens full of light . This light works like a charm so I had to buy a second one , they last around 2,1/4 hours & don’t take long to fully charge . This by far is the best deal for the money & budge friendly . The best light to compleat my accessorys.

      I used this for my Sony zv1 and mounted to an aftermarket uLanzi cage and it is good has 4 brightness settings for vlogging or point and shoot, it is small in size and thin plastic but it is great for the price. Nice to just have if ever needed especially for small sensor cameras at night, probably not good for action cameras but good for my Sony

      I am not pleased with this purchase. The light doesn't tighten enough to be secure while moving and the bolt to connect the light to the camera broke. Light is really bright just the supporting hardware is awful. Yes awful.

      I would really give this 2 1/2 stars due to quality. The provided bracket is useless and was bent and unusable. Even if the bracket were not bent, I'm not sure the way the bracket was designed would make the light mount any better. The light itself is plastic and built like a toy. The rubber seal that fits over the charging input doesn't fit well and falls out often, will offer no protection for this port, and gets in the way. The one redeeming quality of the light is that it does get pretty bright and it does last a decent amount of time. Not sure I would recommend this as there are more robust units for a few dollars more.

      For the price, this is great! I use it to improve the lighting for my webcam. The different brightness levels are great. Sometimes I place a tissue over it, to act as a diffuser. For long term use, you can keep it plugged in while it's turned on.
