Would the Rive C# runtime work on android?

Hey hey, i was planning to build an app for myself and possibly other people.

I was going to make an app to plan appointments for taxi stuff and wanted to know if the Rive C# runtime could work on the .net android thing. i prefer the rive ui editing and smoothness but have no clue if its possible.

I'm fine with c# but .net android and android development is an entirely new thing for me honestly. sorry if this is kinda a noobish question
