  1. Updated to work with Bootstrap 4.1.2 

    Changed the css to work with Bootstrap 4.1.2, added an animated X to the toggle, and eliminated the IE10-viewport-bug-workaround (the workaround was for Windows 8, but there doesn’t appear to be a need to support that configuration any more).
