Craft 5: Make Site-Switcher sticky again

Good Morning,
I really miss the old feature, that the Site-Switcher was sticky with the Title in Craft 4. Now I am forced to scroll all the way up, to switch to a different site on the same Entry. A few customers of mine, already asked me why this changed and told me, that it was really helpful in Craft 4, as when working in multi-lang sites, you can save with ctrl+s and keep the scroll position, but then have to scroll all the way up, change the language and scroll down to the same position you were.
