Angular 21 released 5 days ago on npm as an official release. Additionally, Angular 18 has reached EOL https://endoflife.date/angular.

Why is this needed?

As the version is no longer supported, Cypress should remove support for Angular 18. This helps keeps our CT support maintainable as well as easier to introduce new features into our angular mount handler without having to worry about legacy support
