Reason is just pure laziness - no compatibility issues afaik. Do you find it useful? worth to implement?

Hi! Cool.. So I guess one use case is for moving around files on the server-side. CopyObject is pretty much the only operation that allows me to do that. Saves a lot of bandwidth, especially for large files.

Like moving from temp/ to permanent/ for "upload immediately" forms where I only really save to permanent after successfully saving the prefix reference to the database.

@Blankeos just added local copyObject / moveObject ... is it enough for you or will you miss the cross buckets ops?
