It should be possible to disable the notification for standalone files.

Feature description

When you open a standalone file, rustaceanvim gives you a notification:

rustaceanvim: No project root found. Starting rust-analyzer client in detached/standalone mode (with reduced functionality). Press ENTER or type command to continue 

It'd be nice to be able to disable it. This is reproducible with the minimal configuration.
