How to enable single sign-on (SAML)?

How do we enable SAML SSO in Plausible CE? I tried setting SSO_ENABLED=true in .env but that didn't seem to do anything.

I'm hoping that this project does not lock security features behind a paywall (i.e. only have them in the paid version). I understand it for product differentiation, but not for something as core as logging in. 😕

Yeah, this is not great. SSO should not be treated as an enterprise feature, but rather as a core security requirement.
