+Data takeouts are possible, I was actually really surprised by this, based on the nature of Facebook. Unlike the other services I tested (excluding ProtonCalendar) Instagram is incredibly fast on data takeouts, generating ~3 megabytes of data in less than 5 minutes, opposed to Reddit, Twitter, and others, which took a minimum of 1 day to do about the same.

+Data can be taken out in full. This was also surprising to me. There is the downside that you have to request HTML and JSON data separately, so I had to do 2 takeouts to get everything. It is highly complete, and it took less than 20 minutes for me to get all data (time to login (several times) included)
