How could the content be improved?

In the final challenge there is discussion of the problems of emailing documents back and forth and using track changes, but all of these workflows assume multiple copies of files.

It is more common these days to see people using google docs or onedrive so that everyone is editing a single version of a file. A lot of the problems described in the challenge persist, and new ones are introduced besides (server lag when a document is big and contains many edits from many users come to mind), but they are not obvious from what's written in the lesson.
