Can I paste my own Spotify playlist URL and use it in the game?

Answer

Yes! Since v2.2.0, you can submit playlist requests:

1. Open Beatify Admin
2. Go to the Playlist Request section
3. Paste your Spotify playlist URL
4. Submit the request

The request creates a GitHub issue where the playlist is reviewed, enriched with metadata (release years, fun facts, streaming URIs), and added to the next release.

What happens behind the scenes:

• Tracks are extracted from Spotify
• Release years are verified
• Chart data, certifications, and fun facts are added (EN/DE/ES)
• Apple Music and YouTube Music URIs are added
• A PR is created for review
