Adaptive card nuget access

I'm trying to build the AdaptiveCards.Visualizer.Wpf.sln. I'm getting 401 error when the projects try to reach - https://pkgs.dev.azure.com/microsoft/AdaptiveCards/_packaging/AdaptiveCards-public/nuget/v3/index.json.

I've tried adding a PAT from my Azure account but have not been successful in accessing this location.
Is this nuget package still available?
If so, how do I access it?

I found that if I removed this package endpoint and added the nuget.org endpoint I was able to build.
