Seeking: Dev/designer for a 'Net Art' type web site

I'm looking for a developer with design background to assist in code improvements and troubleshooting for a project that is currently a work in progress on pages. Specifically I need to find better solutions for responsive compatibility, debugging and script brainstorming. Considering using Jekyl theme for layout control.
