In PyMC we have a configuration for structuring the autogenerated release notes: https://github.com/pymc-devs/pymc/blob/main/.github/release.yml

Once #23 is done, this configuration can be copied and updated with labels from PyTensor which might differ slightly from the ones in PyMC.
