List of all variants is hard to find

When searching for Variants, I only find documentation on how to add custom variants.

To find the list of all built-in variants, we need to search for Hover, focus, and other states

I suggest adding a link back to https://tailwindcss.com/docs/hover-focus-and-other-states#quick-reference from https://tailwindcss.com/docs/adding-custom-styles#adding-custom-variants

For Algolia to do a better job indexing, we could do any of these:

• Change the title of Hover, focus, and other states to also be Hover, focus, and other states (Variants) (or similar).
• Change the 2nd level heading from Appedix to Built-in Variants
• Change the 3rd level heading from Quick reference, which is a repetition of the 2nd level heading Appendix to something else.
