I recently discovered some breakages via a repo that contains non-resolvable URL templates. When this language server tries to treat those as real URLs and fetch them, the failures get dumped in
stdout, and since those messages aren't proper JSON-RPC messages, it causes some gnarly errors in my editor. Hopefully this is a reasonable enough change!
