  • Other small helps: 1) Practie and remember how to breathe deeply (not creepy deep, just full breaths) and project your voice a bit. This helps keep the oxygen flowing and relax your muscles a bit, so that your voice and body don't tighten up; body tension is a vicious circle. 2) Have a water bottle available and take a sip if your mouth starts to dry out or your throat gets tight.
