$\begingroup$ @Dr.belisarius Thanks for the link. I was suspecting that and going to address it next time I found more time. But I wasn't worried because I wasn't expected this can be a problem in such simple cases :-/ My initial thought was, it will only be a problem for non convex polyhedra. p.s. Nice answer, I like knowledge hub - like posts like yours. $\endgroup$
