Can I get a link to a notebook that explores this fractal structure?

enter image description here

I want to explore algorithms that traverse it for data / application storage and playback.

I think it might trap data the way it traps signals. I can visualize data structures that are a mixture of documents and programs, not like we see them today, as separate entities.

I am specifically asking for a url to a Mathematica notebook that generates and / or visualizes this type of fractal. Why is that not specific?

If that is not fitting with the rulesavailable, then what would be the Mathematica command(s) to generate this visualization? It doesn't have to rotate or be animated. This is just someone's animation that they made in PHP.
