Due to local firewalls I have to useneed VPN to visit all of the stackexchange network.

Today I'd like to chat with another user on a specific math problem. However, I cannot access to the chatroom since it's always showing me 'Loading Discussion between A and B, Just a second' without proceeding furthernetworks.

I've already linkedadded all networkssites with suffix "stackexchange.com" to my VPN list, but it's of no use here. A previous problem occurred to me is the "human verification" page, whichchatroom is solved after I added the captcha page (Wikipedia) to my PAC liststill inaccessible for me.

Therefore I wonder if I What kind of networks should I add some other network (related to chatting) touse the list nowchatroom function?

  Any help will be appreciated.

This is another example. I tried to create a new chatroom but is blocked again. There's no "continue" button or something like that for me to proceed. It confirms that there must be some network blocked.
