- That sounds more like a bug with Opera than an accessibility problem: that's the first instance of a browser I've heard of that doesn't have the default behavior of submitting the form when Enter is pressed.user149432– user1494322011-11-01 12:18:35 +00:00Commented Nov 1, 2011 at 12:18
- This is definitely a bug in Opera, I disagree we should make any changes to support an apparent bug in a browser's implementation. It's not just IE that has the submit-on-enter behavior, it's every other browser as well.Nick Craver– Nick Craver StaffMod2011-11-01 14:38:08 +00:00Commented Nov 1, 2011 at 14:38
- Now that it's been more than a year a year since I created this question, I tested this with 3 other mobile devices and worked fine - browsers and mobile operating systems evolved (?). Can't complain.mati– mati2011-11-02 14:18:32 +00:00Commented Nov 2, 2011 at 14:18

How to Tag
A tag is a keyword or label that categorizes your question with other, similar questions. Choose one or more (up to 5) tags that will help answerers to find and interpret your question.
- complete the sentence: my question is about...
- use tags that describe things or concepts that are essential, not incidental to your question
- favor using existing popular tags
- read the descriptions that appear below the tag
If your question is primarily about a topic for which you can't find a tag:
- combine multiple words into single-words with hyphens (e.g. stack-overflow), up to a maximum of 35 characters
- creating new tags is a privilege; if you can't yet create a tag you need, then post this question without it, then ask the community to create it for you
